Solver Law Firm (“Solver”) respects your privacy and commits to collect, maintain and use your Personal Data responsibly. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all of your use of www.solver-consulting.com (the “Website”).

This Policy describes what Personal Data Solver collects about you, how Solver obtains it, why Solver Processes your Personal Data, and how it will be treated and protected as you use the Website. It also sets out your rights in respect of our Processing of your Personal Data.

This Policy does not apply to Personal Data provided to Solver in the course of our lawyer-client relationships or which is confidential or subject to any other applicable protection.

1.4. “Controller” means the entity that decides how and why Personal Data is Processed.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1. Personal Data you provide to us. Some of the Website services may permit you to directly provide us with contact information, such as your full name and email address, and other Personal Data about you. This includes the following:

  • Contact information and any other your Personal Data you choose to include when you communicate with us, including via email or any messenger, respond to our communications, register for a webinar or event, or subscribe to Solver publications, which include our newsletters, client advisories, blogs, and other materials.

Whenever we share Personal Data about users of the Website with our trusted third parties, we will put in place appropriate contracts containing standard data protection clauses to protect the rights of individuals. Based on respective data Processor agreements, they will only Process information upon our instruction and strictly in accordance with our directives.

5. How Long We Keep Personal Data

5.1. We retain your Personal Data that is collected through the Website only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was provided, or as otherwise required for our legitimate business purposes. Your Personal Data may be retained for longer periods if there are valid legal grounds, for example if required by law or court order or to defend or pursue legal claims.

7.1. 7.2. You may unsubscribe from promotional email list at any time by sending an email at help@www.solver-consulting.com with such a request. After you unsubscribe, Solver will not send you further promotional emails, but Solver may continue to contact you to the extent necessary for the purposes of any services you have requested.

8.1. The following rights are in general available to you according to applicable data privacy laws:

  • the right not to provide your Personal Data to Solver (however, please note that we may be unable to provide you with the full benefit of the Website, if you do not provide us with your Personal Data);
